Uma Patidar is a board-certified family nurse practitioner with a passion for providing compassionate, patient-centered care. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Rivier University in Nashua, NH, and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Southern New Hampshire University.
Before becoming a nurse practitioner, Uma gained extensive experience as a registered nurse in both hospital and travel nursing roles. She began her career at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center, where she cared for patients in a high-acuity telemetry unit. She later worked as a float-travel nurse with AYA Healthcare, delivering adaptable care in diverse clinical settings.
Uma’s clinical interests include preventive healthcare, chronic kidney disease management, and patient education. She is committed to fostering strong relationships with her patients and helping them take an active role in their health and wellness.
When she’s not caring for patients, Uma enjoys staying active, exploring new places, and spending time with family and friends.
